Share your story to help raise awareness for maternal mental health issues so that more women will get treatment and fewer will suffer.

More than 75% of women who suffer from maternal mental health disorders go undiagnosed and untreated. This results in suffering for the women, their babies, as well as their partners and families. They may feel alone when experiencing depression or anxiety during or after pregnancy. Let’s pass the word that you are not alone and these disorders are treatable with or without medication.

It’s important to speak up – the sooner you get help, the sooner you’re on the road to recovery.

Your story could help end the shame and stigma that so often come with mental illnesses.

We are accepting blog post submissions. Please submit your stories below with a maximum of 700 – 1000 words. If images are included please ensure that you own the rights to distribute them.
